Qapital: Set & Forget Finances App Reviews

Besides helping me save up money for goals, shorter and longer term, Qapital has really helped me enforce some good saving habits. Its helped me build discipline but even if it didnt thats ok because itll do the work for you. What could be better than an automatic way to follow the rules youve set for yourself? Ive had it for a while now and have had no complaints with it ever. Qapital is awesome.

Simplest savings ever. I think everybody should have this app. The round up, freelancer, and automatic transfer rules are my favorites & this app makes it foolproof. You can save a lot or a little with this app - any body can use it.

Saving is hard but this little app makes it mindless. Easy to set up and it celebrates your milestones so you feel oh so responsible. Its a great app!

But Qapital is so amazing its worth sharing. Ive never been good with saving money simply because I forget to transfer money to my savings. With this app I made it so each week 10 dollars is put away. But my favorite "rule" that I have is every time I make a purchase with my debit card Qapital rounds the amount up 2 dollars and the change goes in my savings. Just from these two rules alone Ive saved $100 in one month. And I havent been missing the money from my checking because its not one large lump coming out all at once so I honestly forget that Qapital is working in the background until I log in and see the numbers

Ive been looking for an app like this for a while. Its easy, its fun and it just plain works. Good job, guys. Keep up the good work.

Just like the perfect personal trainer, this app is helpful but not pushy. For example, it doesnt keep your money until youve hit you goal "or else". It is still available to you, but its more like trusting you mom to hold on to some cash so you can save up for your first car. I also like that you can set it and forget it. Before you know youve saved without realizing it. Another great feature is eve of you do forget about it, which I always do, it doesnt forget about your balances in your accounts, so if youre low, it stops transferring to avoid overdraft etc, until youve come back up above a certain point (I have mine set at $100). The app is very user friendly and it really does make it feel like a game. Its important to have a healthy relationship with money and this is a great tool for that!

Qapital has completely changed the way I save and enabled me to be successful doing so. I primarily use the app for short-term, specific savings goals: plane tickets, program fees, etc. What makes this app so effective for me is that my funds are moved to a separate savings account (FDIC insured), removing the temptation to spend the money sitting in my primary checking/savings account. (Dont worry though, you can see your money in Qapitals app & your account through them!) This "out of sight, out of mind" feature combined with customizable savings options makes Qapital the best savings app hands down. Highly recommend!

When you try to transfer money back to your account, they make it impossible. Still no word from customer service. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed with this app. Not user friendly at all, very difficult to figure things out. Transferring money back in to your bank account takes too long.

So far I have saved about $500 in a month with this application, I have issues buying on impulse and this app really does help me save ! Currently saving towards an evo 9! So wish me luck! Will update this review every few months!

I had a couple of issues with untying an account and with accidentally having two accounts. I sent an email and Susan promptly helped me and answered several questions. Im so impressed with a company that gives this much care to one customer. Use them!

Okay Ive never written any reviews on any app because I dont have time but this one truly deserve 5 min of mine...... I dont think this is just the best saving app out there but one of the best apps on the whole store, I always thought saving is very important in our lives and everyone should do it since you never know when you are going to have an emergency and might need the money etc...instead of wasting it on parties and unproductive things (Im not saying you shouldnt party, but you should always save)....And since Im not here to give you a "how to get financial freedom" class just going to let you know that this app deserve to be downloaded!

I love this app and its mission to help people save rather than most tech companies that are trying to get you to spend more than you have. We actually have been using the app to teach savings to our two 9 year old boys in a fun and interactive way. Although they really like the $8 popcorn at the movie theatre, now more often than not, they decide to forgo the popcorn to $8 the Lego set they are dying for. The other day, one son decided to wash his and his brothers own underwear and socks in the bathtub of the hotel rather than us spending $15 on the hotel laundry. Another $15 to the Lego set! The other thing we do is track cash gifts they get because before, those gifts would just go in our pocket and they would lose track. Now they track every cent and they are excited to reach their goal and tell their grand parents or others what they got with the money.

I seriously love this app. To be honest other than Spotify and personal banking, there is no better app. It has helped me save hundreds of dollars in just over a month. You can save at your own pace or make an aggressive saving pattern. Thank you Qapital, but keep it free.

I love this app for the ease of use. Saving money with different rules is easy and takes the guess work out of saving. The best thing is they dont overdraft your account if you get below a hundred dollars everything is paused and then restarted once you get back above a hundred. So far I have no complaints with this app it helps with saving and also helps me to not spend my savings my failure is always the excuse of being able to conveniently go to my bank transfer money from my savings to checking and spend it. With this app if you really need to withdraw your savings before hitting a goal you have to think about it before setting up a transfer back to your bank account.
